Privacy policy
Human Tipster is a platform where you predict Liga Portugal Betclic matches, climb the leaderboard and follow other tipsters. This page explains, in plain terms, what data we handle, why, and what rights you have.
What we collect
Account: your email (or Google sign-in). Profile: name, public link, favourite team, bio, profile photo, social links and city — all optional and set by you. Activity: your predictions and points, who you follow, likes, comments, direct messages and invites. If you plant a flag on the map: country, city and coordinates. Technical data: approximate IP, device/browser type and language. We never ask for payment details.
Why we collect it
To create and run your account, score predictions and build the leaderboard, show your public profile, let you follow tipsters and send messages, prevent abuse and fraud, and produce aggregate statistics. We only email you (results, messages) if you turn those notifications on.
Who sees it
Public: name, link, photo, favourite team, predictions, points and leaderboard position. NOT public: your email, IP and direct messages — seen only by you, whoever you message, and the project owner. We never sell your data or run tracking ads.
How long
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account anytime in "My account" — that removes your profile, predictions, flag, photo and associated data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data (GDPR). Most fields are editable directly in "My account", where you can also delete your account. For anything else, contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
Contact & processors
Reach us through the support/messages area in the app. We use providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, authentication and photo storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Google (optional sign-in), TheSportsDB (live results), and CARTO/OpenStreetMap and flagcdn.com (map and flags).
